Initial public offer of up to 52,69,200* equity shares of face value (₹)10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Horizon Reclaim (India) Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of (₹) 98-103 per equity share (including securities premium of (₹) 88-93 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to (₹) 51.64-54.27 Crores (the "Issue") of which 2,64,000 equity shares aggregating to (₹) 2.59-2.72 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 50,05,200 equity shares of face value of (₹)10 each at an issue price of (₹) 98-103 per equity share aggregating upto (₹) 49.05-51.55 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.65% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
