It is informed that Shri Mritunjay Kumar Dev Senior Manager (Company Secretary) has assumed charge of post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Hindustan Copper Ltd. (HCL) w.e.f 03.04.2025 in place of Shri C S Singhi who ceases to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer HCL on completion of his tenure on 02.04.2025.
