Escalate to Customer Grievance Redressal Officer
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided to you, we request you to enter your level 1 complaint details and send the email message to Customer Grievance Redressal Officer (Nikhil Rasal) at nikhil.r@sunidhi.com who will help in resolving your concern at the earliest
Level 3
Escalate to Chief Customer Redressal Officer
If you are still not satisfied with the resolution provided to you after contacting the officials as specified in Level 1 and Level 2, we request you to kindly enter your level 1 and 2, complaint details and email to Chief Customer Redressal Officer (Janak Doshi) at drjanak@sunidhi.com who will help in resolving your concern at the earliest.
