Public issue of 24,50,000 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10.00 each of Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of (₹) 14.00 per equity share (including a share premium of (₹) 4.00 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to (₹) 3.43 crores ("The Issue"), of which 130,000 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10.00 each for a cash price of (₹) 14.00 per equity share, aggregating to (₹) 0.18 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 23,20,000 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10.00 each at an issue price of (₹) 14.00 per equity share aggregating to (₹) 3.25 crores (is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.59% and 25.18%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is (₹) 10.00 each and the issue price is (₹) 14.00. The issue price is 1.40 times of the face value.
