Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 26,81,600 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of (₹) 85 per equity share (The "Issue Price") (including a share premium of (₹) 75 per equity share) aggregating up to (₹) 22.79 crores (The "Issue"), of which 1,36,000 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10/- each for cash at a price of (₹) 85/- per equity share, aggregating (₹) 1.16 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 25,45,600 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10/- each for cash at a price of (₹) 85/- per equity share, aggregating (₹) 21.64 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Issue".
