Ltd. aggregating up to (₹) 1572.35 Crores, up to 50,659,210 Units by Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte. Ltd. aggregating up to (₹) 770.02 Crores, up to 85,767,105 Units by Cube Mobility Investments Pte. Ltd. aggregating up to (₹) 1303.66 Crores, and up to 35,668,421 Units by Seventy Second Investment Company LLC aggregating up to (₹) 542.16 Crores (collectively, the "Selling Unitholders") at a price of (₹) 151-152 per Unit (the "Offer Price") (collectively, the "Offer").
