The issue includes a reservation of up to 10000 equity shares of face value (₹) 10 each, aggregating up to (₹) 0.386 Crores ( Constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital, for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
