Initial public offering of up 50,40,000 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Striders Impex Limited ("Company" or the Issuer") for cash at a price of (₹) 72 per equity share (including a share premium of (₹) 62 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating up to (₹) 36.29 crores comprising a fresh issue of up to 45,31,200 equity shares aggregating up to (₹) 32.62 crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 5,08,800 equity shares aggregating up to (₹) 3.66 crores (the "Offered Shares") comprising up to 2,54,400 equity shares by Kumarshri Rajkumar Bahety aggregating up to (₹) 1.83 crores and up to 2,54,400 equity shares by Mustafa Esmail Kapasi aggregating up to (₹) 1.83 crores (the "Selling Shareholders" and such offer, the "Offer For Sale") (the "Offer For Sale" and together with the fresh issue, the "Issue") of which 2,52,800 equity shares aggregating to (₹) 1.82 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue, less market maker reservation, i.e. net issue 47,87,200 equity shares of face value of (₹) 10/- each at price of (₹) 72 per equity share aggregating to (₹) 34.47 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.07% and 25.71% respectively of the fully diluted post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The floor price is 7.1 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 7.2 times the face value of the equity shares.
