JM Financial Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management i.e. Mr. Anuj Kapoor shall cease to be a Senior Management Person (the SMP ) of the Company with effect from today i.e., April 16, 2025 consequent upon his transfer to JM Financial Services Limited (the JMFSL ), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The required disclosure to be made pursuant to SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024, in this regard, is enclosed and marked as Annexure A .
